Bargain Home in Thornwood

I have to let you know when I see a good price on a property in Thornwood and not many FNMA homes come on the market in this neighborhood. But a new one just came on the market and it's worth a look.

    This FNMA owned home was listed at $309,000 and sold in 12 days for $315,000. Sold quick and for over list price.
