2010 Market statistics for Detached Single Family Homes in Thornwood:

Highest priced home sold was $665,000.
Median Sales price: $380,000.
Average Sales price: $398,893.
Average marketing time was 144 days for detached single family homes and 40 units sold during 2010.
Comparing 2010 to 2009--- the marketing time has decreased by 81 days.
The average sold price increased about 1.5% from $392,921 in 2009 and the median sold price increased about 1.9% from the $373,000 figure in 2009.
These 2010 figures show some slight improvement over 2009 and it looks like Thornwood is weathering the market as well as can be expected.
